A great session primarily targeting the upper body – however the benefits of the core supporting most exercises is an awesome added bonus!
This session will leave you feeling long, strong, flexible, balanced and I’m hoping more centred, grounded and calm. Its a beautiful mix of balance, core, stretching and Yoga. Enjoy!
